The first KIPP Colorado School, KIPP Sunshine Peak Academy, has been successfully preparing underserved middle school students for great high schools so they can continue their climb to college. KIPP Denver Collegiate High School will open in the fall of 2009, and planning is underway for further growth. KIPP Colorado Schools close the achievement gap for low-income students, making the dream of a college education a reality.
